Muay Thai, also referred to as Thai Boxing, is a dynamic and explosive ring sport and the national sport of Thailand. Muay Thai emphasises striking with knees, elbows, hands and feet; earning a reputation as on of the most formidable and effective striking arts. Muay Thai can be practiced for fitness, self-defence and competition. At Trifecta Martial Arts we place an emphasis on sound fundamentals, technical mastery and fitness. We believe that strong and technically sound basics allow the practitioner to get the most out of their training experience, and to enjoy the sport for the long term.
MUAY THAI FOR BEGINNERS
Students are introduced to the basic moves of Muay Thai along with bag-work drills and guided pad-work.
This class is for: First-timers and those who have been attending classes for less than 3 months.
Students are introduced to slightly more advance techniques and have also developed better physical fitness.
This class is for: Students who have been attending class for more than 3 months.
Students are now introduced to advance techniques of Muay Thai, and here are taught how to string combinations and move efficiently.
This class is for: Students who have been promoted to the Intermediate level only.
This class is for Intermediate level students and students who wish to be on the fight team. In this class you will learn more about fight techniques and fight concepts, and how to put them into application.
